Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

– Digital Products (eBooks, Online Courses, etc.):

Refund requests for digital products must be made within 14 days of purchase.

The product must not have been downloaded, accessed, or used.

Refunds will not be issued for partially used or fully downloaded products.

– Subscription Services (e.g., Personalized Support Plans):

Refunds for subscription services are available only for the unused portion of the subscription period.

You must cancel your subscription within 14 days of the billing cycle to be eligible for a partial refund.

– Physical Products (if applicable):

Refund requests for physical products must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

      • Gift cards

      • Downloadable software products

      • Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

        • Book with obvious signs of use

        • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

        • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

        • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

      How to Request a Refund

      If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

        • Include your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your request.

      2. Review Process:

        • Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

      3. Refund Approval:

        • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

      Exchanges

      We currently do not offer exchanges for digital products. For physical products, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

      Late or Missing Refunds

      If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

      • Check with your bank or payment provider as processing times can vary.
